-The “Dissection of a Rock I-IX” series was completed as part of my coursework. All patterns are pulled from a single rock I took home from my work on a trailcrew in the Bob Marshall Wilderness during the Summer of 2010.

-All other studies were completed while living for 3 months at Big Prairie Ranger Station in the heart of the Bob Marshall Wilderness complex, Flathead National Forest in Montana.
